Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for all client account matters, build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, and ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Strategic Account Growth: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment. Understand the competitive landscape and market trends to strategically position Minty's services.
  • Customer Success: Work closely with clients to ensure they are leveraging Minty's platform to its full potential, driving customer success and satisfaction. Conduct regular review meetings to assess client needs and adjust service strategies accordingly.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer within Minty, gathering customer feedback and working with the product development team to guide the future development of Minty's services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role in the technology or real estate sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple account projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
