Responsibilities and Duties:
- End-to-End Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code across Minty's platform, ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Technology Integration: Work with various programming languages and frameworks, including Next.js, Node.js, Python, and machine learning libraries, to develop complex applications and solve technical challenges.
- Collaborative Engineering: Collaborate with a team of developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to ideate, develop, and launch new features and products.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate them into operations and activities, continually improving Minty's platform and technical offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid understanding and experience in web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries such as React, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Experience with server-side languages, particularly Python, and familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, and experience with cloudenvironments, databases, and API services.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment and to pick up new skills and technologies quickly.
